Authentic LA Therapy is based in Los Angeles, CA and is fully telehealth (online therapy) at this time. I am licensed in California and Utah. I can work with anyone physically located in California or Utah at the time of the appointment.

I am in network with Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare plans. For all other plans, I am an out of network provider. I can help you utilize out of network benefits by providing a superbill upon request to send to your insurance.

All telehealth sessions are held via HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing. You will receive a link to join the video call prior to your appointment.

Most of my clients enjoy the flexibility of telehealth in their schedule and the comfort of being in their own home during sessions.

There is no one size fits all for length of therapy. We will collaborate to determine goals and objectives for your therapy with appropriate timelines. This could vary from a few months for short term therapy or years for long term therapy.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, or reschedule please let me know via client portal, text, email at least 24 hours prior to session start time.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice or no-show for your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
